Administrative Support & Event Preparation

Behind every presentation, school visit, and outreach event is a faithful team ensuring that materials are prepared and organized. Volunteers who assist with administrative tasks help us maintain excellence and efficiency in everything we do.

Opportunities may include:

• Organizing educational materials and presentation supplies
• Preparing event packets and resource materials
• Assisting with mailing projects or donor correspondence
• Helping maintain inventory for posters, banners, and classroom resources

These tasks may seem simple, but they make a real difference. Every prepared packet and organized resource supports our ability to deliver life-affirming, professional programming in schools and communities.

Event Participation & Sharing Your Story

Our events are opportunities to inspire hearts and minds. Volunteers may assist at gatherings, support live ultrasound presentations, or, if called, share a personal testimony.

Your story of why life matters can resonate in ways statistics alone cannot. Personal experiences often open hearts in lasting ways.

Receiving a live ultrasound at an event

Live ultrasound presentations are one of the most impactful ways we help students and communities understand the reality of life in the womb. At select events, expectant mothers may choose to receive a live ultrasound as part of an educational presentation.

These experiences are often moving and memorable, offering a glimpse into early human development. Participation is always voluntary, and we take every step to ensure the experience is respectful and centered on the dignity of both mother and baby.
